Cod Piccata with Garlic-Roasted Cauliflower At 1.41g, this dish is a tad high in sodium and the olives probably add a good bit to that number. The kalamata olives add a rich, briny undertone, but I found that just half the container was sufficient for my needs. Lemon zest gives the roasted potatoes extra complexity, while the garlic-roasted cherry tomatoes add both sweet and savory notes.
